Jiangsu Songlin Automobile Components Co., Ltd. (previously called Jiangsu Crankshaft General Factory) located in Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, which closes to Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge. It was built in 1970 and renamed in 2003.
There are about 1800 employees including 480 engineers working for the Company. It occupies 150,000m2 (including eastern and western sites) and has a total capital of 480 million RMB. The company was certified to be complied with ISO9002 in 1998, QS9000 in the year 2000, and is now complied with ISO/TS 16949:2002. Its trademark “Songlin” is awarded as the Famous Trademark in Jiangsu Province.

The company produces 5 series total more than 150 different kinds of engine components including cylinder block, crankshaft, connecting rod, flywheel and flywheel housing. The components are equipped for most famous engine producers in China such as FAW Wuxi Diesel, Dongfeng group (including Dongfeng Cummins, Dongfeng Renault, Dongfeng Nissan, and Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel), Shanghai Diesel, Luoyang Tractor group, Yangzhou Diesel, Tianjin Perkins Lovol, Yulin Diesel, Weifang Diesel, etc. and distributed to 26 provinces all over the country. The components for Cummins Perkins Renault and Doosan engines are not only equipped to the OEM engines but also exported to the international market.
our technique and advantages
The Company actively improves its core competitive advantages by establishing alliance with OEMs and supply base, and completing total 15 production lines including casting, heat treatment, and machining processes in recent years.
It possesses of the advanced production techniques such as the utilizing of casting to replace steel, soft nitriding, R-rolling strengthening, induction hardening, fracture split connecting rod and other high technology by closely working with OEMs’ tech center, and improves its equipments to the top level in the industry in China by introducing the CNC crankshaft grinders, CNC lathes, CMM, Adcole measuring machine, fatigue test bench, CNC machining centers, CNC fillet induction hardening machining line, etc.
All those initiatives had driven the Company becoming a specialized, series and mass production auto components supply base.
The Company believes quality is all of the Company’s life and the market demand is the production commands. The target of the Company is trying for being a little giant in the occupation and international supply base for Auto components.
